Founded in 1988, BLOWTECH quickly established itself as a leading manufacturer of air moving components in India.  We are dedicated to the design, development and manufacture of quality sheet metal centrifugal, cross-flow and  axial fans, impellers and propeller fan blades for a wide range of HVAC&R applications e.g. air conditioning, refrigeration, air curtains, clean rooms, equipment cooling, convection heaters,  general - purpose ventilation and low vacuum applications.

The company was started and is managed by a highly qualified engineering professional with academic qualifications and industrial experience (totaling 15 years) from Canada. The company has its plant in NOIDA, an industrial township about 15 km from New Delhi. The plant incorporates a Punch Press Shop, Fabrication shop, Tool Room, Assembly Department, Dynamic Balancing Section, Component Machine Shop and Test Laboratory. All tools, jigs and fixtures are designed and developed in house by qualified tool room technicians. The test laboratory consists of a Multiple Nozzle Air Delivery Test Chamber as per International Standard AMCA 210 which can test fans of capacity upto 20,000 CFM.

The number of employees is about 50. Product development and quality improvement is a continuous process at Blowtech and over the last 13 years of its existence the company has developed a vast range of fans, impellers and fan blades. While Blowtech has the capability to design its own blowers and fan blades, it also manufactures them as per its customer’s designs. Blowtech currently manufactures the following  range of world class fans:

• DIDW & SISW  Belt Driven, Forward Curve Centrifugal fans in size upto 630 mm wheel dia.
• Direct Driven Centrifugal fans (forward curve) in size upto 18” wheel dia. 
  
  These fans are ideal for Air Handling Units (AHU’s), Packaged Air Conditioners, Evaporative Cooling System and general purpose Industrial & Commercial Ventilation. 
  
• In Line Duct fans
• Small Crossflow fans ( 58 mm wheel dia., lengths from 65 mm to 305 mm) 
  
  These fans have been  designed for long trouble free life and are an excellent choice  for visi coolers, chest coolers, supermarket food display units, air dryers, heaters, electronic panel cooling, air curtains and other applications where a broad band of air is required. They can be fitted into long narrow spaces.

Impellers & Fan Blades: 

Current production includes general purpose propeller type fan blades, forward curved centrifugal and crossflow fan wheels. The basic material used is both steel and aluminum depending upon customer’s requirement. The sizes presently available are  –  6” to 28” dia. Propeller type fan blades, 6” to 32” dia. Centrifugal wheels ( both single and double inlet ) and 58 mm dia. Crossflow wheels (lengths from 65 mm to 305 mm).

In addition the Company also manufactures plastic (ABS) blower wheels in 8.5” diameters and slinger ring fan blades in 15¹/₂” diameter for window air-conditioners.
